How much does a Floors.live venue plan cost?
Venue plans are flat monthly prices. Starter is $49 for one event space, 5 setups per space and 20 bookings a month. Pro is $79 for up to 10 spaces, 25 setups per space and unlimited bookings. Enterprise is $199 with unlimited spaces. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.
What happens when my venue's free trial ends?
Your venue page stays live, so planners can still find your rooms and house setups. Editing locks until you add a payment method: open Billing in the venue portal and press Add a payment method. Nothing is deleted, and you can pick any plan when you come back.
Do planners pay to design in my venue's rooms?
No. Planners work free in a paying venue's rooms, with no per-event charge and no timer. Your flat venue plan covers it. Pro also includes analytics, a booking calendar, your logo and colors, 20 custom 3D elements a month and up to 10 team members.
How many team logins do I get on a venue plan?
Starter includes 2 team members, Pro includes 10 and Enterprise has unlimited team members. Invite your coordinators from Team in the venue portal. Enterprise also includes 60 custom 3D elements a month; a white-label domain and SSO are arranged with our venue team.
