Yes — that’s the core design. Draw your hall once at real-world scale, then save each configuration (banquet rounds, theater rows, classroom, cocktail, head-table variants) as a template. Every new booking starts from the right template and gets customized in minutes.
We do our layouts in PowerPoint / on paper today. Why switch?
Slides and sketches aren’t to scale, so counts and spacing are guesses — and every change means redrawing. In Floors.live the room is at real dimensions: capacity, aisle clearance and table spacing are right by construction, the setup crew gets a clean printable diagram, and changes take seconds, not a redraw.
Can clients see and approve the layout?
Yes. Share the live layout with the client — they can review it, comment, and (if you let them) arrange their own seating chart. The 3D walkthrough shows them their event inside your actual hall, which closes bookings faster than a flat diagram.
How much does it cost for a banquet hall?

We used Prismm / AllSeated before. What now?
Cvent, which acquired Prismm (formerly AllSeated) in April 2025, is retiring it: new events moved to Cvent Event Diagramming by August 26, 2026, and Prismm access ends in June 2027. Templates aren’t carried over automatically — Cvent’s guidance is to recreate them.
