Cvent acquired Prismm (formerly AllSeated) in April 2025 (Skift coverage) and is retiring the standalone platform. If your venue designs its events in Prismm, the window to move — with your work intact — is now. The sunset timeline
Dates as communicated in Prismm account notices; each account gets 30 days' warning, so confirm your exact cutoff in your Prismm dashboard.
- July 8 – Sept 30, 2026New Prismm event creation ends, on a rolling per-account schedule with 30 days’ notice. Check your own account for its exact cutoff date.
- October 1, 2026The platform becomes view- and export-only. You can look at existing layouts, but you can no longer design.
- December 31, 2026Prismm shuts down entirely. Anything not exported by then is gone.
What the forced migration doesn't bring along
The sanctioned path is Cvent Event Diagramming — but the move is not lossless.
Your templates
Venue templates do not carry over to Cvent Event Diagramming. Every standard setup you’ve refined has to be rebuilt by hand.
Favorite objects & groups
Saved favorite objects and object groups do not migrate either — the library you assembled stays behind.
Events before 2022
Events created before January 1, 2022 are not migrated at all.

Prismm’s legacy entry pricing was around $35/mo. Cvent Event Diagramming’s published venue-side pricing runs $150–320/mo per user with a 12-month commitment.

When does Prismm shut down?
New event creation in Prismm ends between July 8 and September 30, 2026, on a rolling per-account schedule with 30 days’ notice. From October 1, 2026 the platform is view- and export-only, and it shuts down entirely on December 31, 2026. Check your own Prismm account for your exact cutoff date.
Do my Prismm templates migrate to Cvent Event Diagramming?
No. Templates, favorite objects and groups do not carry over in the migration to Cvent Event Diagramming, and events created before January 1, 2022 are not migrated at all.
What does Cvent Event Diagramming cost?
Per Cvent’s published pricing, Event Diagramming has a free tier capped at 3 events, a Pro tier at $150/mo for a single user, and a Premium tier at $320/mo — with a 12-month commitment.
How much does Floors.live cost for a venue?
