Does Floors.live work on mobile?

Floors.live is optimized for desktop and laptop browsers. You can view layouts on mobile via share links, but editing is best done on a computer.

How does sharing work?

Generate a share link with one click and send it to a client, vendor, or colleague. Choose between view-only or real-time edit sharing. No signup required for recipients.

What export formats are available?

Export to high-quality PNG (2x resolution) and print-ready PDF (A4, auto-orientation). Exports can include title, event details, scale bar, capacity table, and more — all customizable.

Does it support Hebrew and English?

Yes! The interface fully supports both Hebrew and English, including built-in RTL support. Switch between languages with one click.

Can I import a venue blueprint?

Absolutely. Upload a background image (venue blueprint, aerial photo, sketch) and design right on top of it. You can also add an image from a URL and calibrate it to real-world scale.

What's the difference between Single Event and Pro?

Single Event is a one-time payment ($9) that gives full access to one layout for 30 days. Pro is a monthly subscription ($29/mo) with unlimited layouts, real-time edit sharing, version management, and more.

What table shapes are available?

Floors offers round, rectangular, square, oval, and U-shaped tables. You can adjust the size, seat capacity, and rotation of each table individually.

Is there a guest limit on the map?

The free plan supports up to 200 guests per event. For larger events, paid plans offer unlimited guest and table capacity.

Can I import my guest list via CSV?

Yes. Export your list from Excel as a CSV file and import it directly into Floors. Names appear in the sidebar and you can drag each guest to the desired table.

Can multiple people work on the map?

Yes. You can generate a presentation link so others can view the map in real time. Collaborative editing is available on professional plans.
