Step 1: Choose Your Configuration

Every corporate event starts with one question: what is the purpose of this meeting? The answer determines your layout.

Classroom style → training, workshops, note-taking sessions (tables + chairs facing front)
U-shape → group discussions, collaborative workshops (everyone faces center)
Boardroom → board meetings, executive sessions (single large table)

Step 2: Set Your Room Dimensions

In Floors.live, open the editor and set your canvas to match your venue. If you have a floor plan from the venue, upload it as a background image for pixel-perfect accuracy.

Click "New Event" and name it (e.g., "Q2 Town Hall")
