Tips for a great shot
Turn on every light
Chandeliers, uplights, pendants — all of them. A well-lit room looks 3× bigger and more inviting.
Shoot at 5 ft height
Eye-level when seated. Your clients will view the pano at this height — match their perspective.
Don't move your feet
Pivot in place. Walking while shooting creates distortion at the stitch lines.
Set up a sample layout first
Arrange a few tables and chairs before shooting. An empty room is harder for clients to imagine.
Avoid harsh midday light
Shoot in the morning or late afternoon. Direct sunlight through windows blows out the exposure.
Take two, keep the best
The whole process takes 30 seconds. Shoot once, check it, shoot again if needed.

What happens after the 6 months?
You can subscribe at standard pricing, or stay on the free tier with limited editing time. No automatic charge — ever.
Do I need the Trisio camera?
No. Any 360 camera works, and even a phone panorama is accepted. Trisio gives noticeably better quality for commercial spaces, and you get 3 extra bonus months if you use it.
How does my panorama get approved?
Upload it through your venue dashboard. Our team reviews within 24 hours and notifies you by email. We check for image quality and that it shows an event space.
Can I add multiple spaces in my venue?
Yes. Each event space gets its own panorama and floor plan. A venue with 3 halls = 3 separate interactive spaces on your profile.
Can I retake the panorama later?
Yes. Your table layouts are stored separately. You can swap the background pano at any time without losing your event designs.
Who sees my venue on Floors.live?
Anyone you share the link with. You can also embed your 3D space on your venue's website. It's not listed publicly unless you enable that.
